Swing Design's Return Policy allows for returns within 30 days of the delivery date, with some exceptions. Visible damages or missing items must be reported within seven calendar days of the delivery date. Only unopened/unused products in factory new condition sold directly through their website are eligible for a full refund. Returns with missing parts will not be given a full refund. Certain brands and special order items are not eligible for return. If a used return is accepted, Swing Design may charge a 25% Restocking Fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

As for the Shipping Policy, orders under $34.99 shipping within the contiguous United States will be charged $5.95 for shipping and handling fees. Most orders $35 or over shipping within the contiguous United States will receive free ground shipping and handling. They are currently not shipping orders to AK, HI or PR. They are also currently not shipping orders internationally. For international orders, customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipping internationally will be charged an additional transportation charge. Manufacturers warranties do not apply to products shipped internationally. Swing Design is not responsible for shipments lost by non-US postal services. Stock availability and pre-order items have specific conditions as well.
